Vibram and Nike Free Review
The vibram five fingers are a must have... for kettlebell training or any activity thats better barefoot. I.e. tai chi, martial arts, and walking/running. Sometimes you just need to go barefoot but may not want or be able to. Some gyms don't want people walking around barefoot... go figure. Also, the best method to adjust to these shoes is to alternate one day on with the vibrams then the next day a different thin soled shoe. The other shoe should be flexible from the midsole to the heel- hard to find. I just purchased Nike Free shoes for this exact purpose. I feel so good in the free's. They are a must have. It feels like you in slippers that you can wear out. They also still keep the integrity of being barefoot and maintaining ones biomechanical structure.
